I've just received my Counter, what am I supposed to do?

Great! 🙌 You finally have in your hands your Smiirl Counter. Here are the steps to follow to make it work:

Step 1: Connect to your My.Smiirl account. Fill in your log-in data or you can choose to log in via Facebook. Don't worry if your account is not created yet 🧘, then click "Sign up" and follow the instructions.

Step 2: Once your My.Smiirl account is created, you can click on "Install" in "My Counters" section.

Step 3: You should then enter your Counter's ID. You can find the ID at the back of your Counter and on the first page of the user guide, on a black round sticker. If you want to get an idea of how it looks like, you can check the following article: Where can I find the ID of my Counter?

Step 4: Once you save the ID of your Counter, you directly start the connexion procedure. You will only have to follow the guide through the steps (quick note: Do not forget to read the guidelines and instructions given at the left of each step). Step 5: Your Counter is now connected to the Internet, you'll have to link it to your data. We explain what are the steps to follow for each type of the 3 Counters:

Step 6: Your Counter is functional now, all you have to do is to enjoy it! 🎉
