I cannot connect my Counter with a Wifi connection. Can I connect it to an Ethernet cable?

Yes, you can!

Take your Ethernet cable and follow the instructions below :

1.  Log in to your my.smiirl account.
2. In "My Counters" section, click on "Install" if you can't see your Counter yet, or on "Connect to the Internet" if you see your Counter in the list. 
3. 
4. Select "via Ethernet" when you are asked to choose between a Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection. 

   

5. Follow the steps on the interface (you'll basically need to plug in the power cord and the Ethernet cable, and to wait for a few minutes)

⚠️Please note that the Ethernet cable should go from your Counter to your Internet router!
