Can the Custom Counter display any data in real time?

In theory, absolutely. But (and it's a big but 🙊), it also depends on the reactivity of your data source.

Let's get specific:

Before being displayed on your Custom Counter, the data has to travel 2 roads: 

• The first road being the one between the software that generates the data (your in-house software, ERP, CRM, LinkedIn or YouTube, whatever platform you're using) and our Smiirl software which receives the data.

The second road is between the Smiirl software and your Custom Counter.

The fun part is, we guarantee that the second road works in real-time.
Unfortunately, the first road does not depend on us, and we can't have any impact on it. This means there's no way for us to guarantee that the data will be transmitted in real-time to our software.
There could be a number of reasons why the first road does not work in real-time and that is why we advise you to check the reactivity of the first road with a software developer.

• Second road is ours, and it's always lightning fast ⚡️
