My Counter is connected but displaying blank flaps or just the number 1 on the right.

If it's displaying "1", it means that it has never been linked to your Facebook page, or to your Instagram account.

If it's displaying blank flaps, all blue or all pink, then your access token most likely needs to be renewed:
