I have two Counters, why do I keep losing the count of one Counter when I link the other Counter to my Facebook account?

Oh oh!

If you keep losing the count of one of your Counters once you link your second Counter to your Facebook account, then you will only have to follow the steps below for each Counter in order to perfectly link both of your Counters to your Facebook page or your Instagram business account:

• Log in to My.Smiirl
• In the "My Counters" section, click on "Settings"
• Click on "Link my Counter to a Facebook page" or "Link my Counter to an Instagram Business account". You'll be directed to Facebook.
• Click on "Edit settings", select all the Facebook pages you need to link with your Counters. Even if you've just need to renew the access token of one specific Counter. Indeed, you only give the authorization once for all your Counters and give Smiirl the authorization to access them (further info here).

Don't worry, we won't be able to do anything on your page, but this will allow your Counter to get your number of Likes

• Once you are back in your Counter's settings, select your Facebook page in the dropdown menu - Click on Save

Now your first Counter is linked to your Facebook page! You only have to follow the same steps above to link your second Counter as well. Please don't forget to select all your pages and then choose the page you want to link to each Counter from the dropdown menu (in the My.Smiirl account) 🎉 and that's it. Also, please note that it needs to be connected to the Internet in order to display your number of Likes or Followers.
