Is it possible to change the Facebook business page linked to the Counter once it’s been set up?

Well YES! Of course! 

Here's what you need to do to link your Counter to another Facebook page:

1- Log in to My.Smiirl

2- In the 'My Counters' section, click on Settings

3- Click on Link my Counter to a Facebook page.

4-You'll be directed to Facebook, click on Edit Settings

5- Select your page and give Smiirl the authorisation to access it (further info here)

Don't worry, we won't be able to do anything on your page, but this will allow your Counter to get your number of Likes

Once you are back in your Counter's settings, select your Facebook page in the dropdown menu and click on Save.

After a few minutes, your Counter will display the right number.

If it still doesn't, could you double-check these two things?

1- Do you have rights on the Facebook page (admin, editing, etc, rights)? You can read this article if you're not sure. If you don't have admin rights yet, please note that there can be several administrators for the same Facebook page 😉

2- When you saw this page, did you say YES to these two questions: Read content posted on the Paget" and "Manage accounts, settings, and webhooks for a Page"? You'll need to double-check this once you're sure that you have admin rights. You can find further info about it here.
