When will I receive my fabulous Custom Counter?

As soon as you’ve personalized your Custom Counter with your logo, our Custom team will double check and validate it.

If there are no modifications to do, the production of your Custom Counter will start and it will then be shipped within the next 15 days.

If you want to track your order, you can log into my.smiirl.com and click on the "My orders" tab at the top. Then, click on "see more" to unveil the "track my order" button. Click on it to see your order’s tracking information.

Please bear in mind that when purchasing your Counter, you will be presented with two options:

- either you upload the logo by clicking on "Edit custom", and you'll have access to our online preview tool;
- or you place the order without  uploading your logo yet, and we will email you shortly after so that you can access our online preview tool.
