When will I receive my Facebook/Instagram Counter?

For the Instagram and Facebook Counters, the shipping period estimation is counted in working days: from Monday to Friday, without public holidays. 

We validate and send your order’s details to our logistic center right after the payment confirmation.   

If your order is completed before 12:00 pm (midday) (GMT+1), the parcel will be shipped on that very day. In the opposite case, the parcel will be sent the day after.

Exception: as our parcels are prepared from Monday to Friday, an order completed between Friday 12:00pm (midday) and Sunday 11:59 pm will be sent on the following Monday.

NB: If a product were to be out of stock, the customer will be notified of the estimated delivery time on the website and in the order success email after placing the order.
