Yes, you do! You need to have access to a personal Facebook to set up your Facebook Counter and your Instagram Counter.

The Facebook Counter displays the number of Likes you have on your Facebook Business Page and your Instagram Counter displays the number of Followers you have on your Instagram business account.

In order to secure their platform, Facebook requires that every communication with a Business Page or a Business account has to be initiated by a Facebook user, so a personal Facebook account.
