What should I do if the access to the My.Smiirl account was lost and cannot be recovered?

Oh oh! You have lost access to the My.Smiirl account.

Don't panic! You only have to:

• Create an account on my.smiirl if it hasn't been done already
• Log in to your my.smiirl account
• In the 'My Counters' section, click on Install
• Enter your Counter ID and click on Save
• Click on Request access

Once it's done, contact the support team at support@smiirl.com and make sure you provide them with your Counter ID so that they can give access to the Counter.
