I forgot my password to login on my.smiirl.com, what can I do?

You forgot your password to login on your My.smiirl space: don't panic, you'll have to click on this link or on the button "Recover your password": 

Then enter your email address, and we will send you an email to enable you to change your password. (This email can take up to 10 minutes to appear on your mailbox)

Once you received this email, click on "Reset my password" and choose a new password. 

That's all, you have access again to your Mysmiirl account. 👍

NB: You can do a reset password only every 2 hours.
