Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice is available on your
Log into your account and go to the “My orders” tab :
https://my.smiirl.com/en/orders
Click on “See more” on the right, and then on the “invoice #XXXXX” button in order to download your invoice.
If you don't see it, it can mean two things:
- either your Counter hasn't been shipped yet...
- ... or the email you are using to access your My.Smiirl account is different from the email used to place your order.
