Does the price include sales tax?

For clients from France, the 20% VAT is added in the invoice. French customers will be able to deduct taxes by following the regular procedure in France.

For clients from the rest of the European Union*, there is 0% VAT when providing the official VIES VAT number. If there is no valid VAT number, the VAT will be charged on the invoice.

If you live outside the European Union*, please note that extra charges such as import duties or local sales taxes may apply when receiving your Smiirl Counters.

For your information, your product will be shipped from France.

[*]The EU countries are: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Greece, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, The Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden.

If you need your product to be shipped to the UK, please note that we do not charge VAT on UK bound orders as the UK is no longer a member of the European Union but we still need your VAT number to ensure smooth delivery. If your VAT number is not correct your parcel might get help up at customs and our shipping partner DHL will reach out to you to get the right information.

2 cases will apply:

1- You can provide a valid VAT number. Your parcel will then be on its way to you.

2- You cannot provide a valid VAT number. DHL will have to charge you the VAT amount on your order before your parcel can be dispatched.
