How can I change the WiFi configuration or set up my Counter in a new place?

Once your first setup is done, you can move your Counter wherever you want as long as it can access the same WiFi connection. It will reconnect automatically once you plug it back in to power.

If you move to a new location, first log into your My.Smiirl account and click on “Reconnect my Counter” on the "My Counters" section.

Then, when you get to the WiFi configuration page, you will be able to select the WiFi network of your new location.
Just follow the steps ;)  (Btw, it will erase the previous WiFi configuration).

What if it doesn't work? Then you need to reset your Counter to force it to forget its previous configuration. You'll find a step-by-step guide to reset your Counter here: How can I reset my Counter?

PS: We advise you to set up your Counter before attending an event/convention in order to be sure that your Counter works fine and that it's correctly set up.
