How can I change the email address associated with my account?

It's very easy! 🙂

First, you will have to create a new account on my.Smiirl with the new email address.

Then, you should:

• Log into your new My.Smiirl account;
• In "My Counters" section, click on "Install"

• Enter the Counter's ID and click on "Save" 

If you don't have an idea where to find your ID, your can check the following article: Where Can I find the ID of my Counter ?

• Then click on "Request Access" (on the pink button, and then on the green one);

Once this is done, please email the Support team at Support@smiirl.com with your Counter ID and your new address so that they can link your new account to the Counter. 😉
