How can I delete a User from my Counter?

It is very easy! 😊

If you want to delete a Counter from your my.smiirl.com account or if you want to remove access for certain users, there are a few steps to follow:

1. Go to the “My Counters” tab and click on the “Settings” button next to your Counter.
2. Scroll down until you get to “User List”.
3. If you want to remove access to the Counter for some users, simply click on “Remove Access”. If you don’t want the Counter in your list anymore, just click on the “Remove Access” button below your name.
4. You will then get to a page where you have to confirm the “Remove Access” action. Afterwards you’ll be redirected to your “My Counters” page.
