I've requested access to a Counter, how should I proceed now?

The administrator of your Counter will receive an email with your access request. 

When they accept your request, you'll receive a confirmation email. From that point, you will be able to modify the settings of your Counter from your my.smiirl.com space.

⚠️ Are you already the administrator of your Counter? 

Ok! Then you have probably tried to access your Counter with 2 different email accounts, oopsie. You will have to confirm access to yourself from one email account to the other. Sounds weird but it's really easy.

Note that, your browser might have you logged with one of your email accounts by default so we advise you to perform this procedure from 2 different browsers or devices in order to avoid mistakes.
