How to change the reactivity of my Counter?

Your Counter can be set on a real-time reactivity, which means a reactivity of 2 to 10 seconds. But if you think it is too noisy you can reduce this reactivity up to 24 hours.

Here's what you need to do to change the reactivity of your Counter:

1- Log in to My.Smiirl

2- In the 'My Counters' section, click on  Settings

3- Scroll down and modify your Reactivity in the dropdown menu.

4- To save the reactivity you've chosen, click on  Modify

Please note that for your Custom Counters you set the reactivity you want, but it will depend of the reactivity of your data source. We explain it in this article. :)
