Can I return my Counter?

Oh, you've just received a Counter and you want to return it!

Well, you can, but the refund request must be sent within 100 days after delivery. You can have more information about it in our General Terms and Conditions.

Also, this withdrawal period is applied only to products classed as “Social Media Counters” and not to products classed as “custom Counters” because the latter are customized by the Customer. Nevertheless, all of our Counters have a warranty period of 2 years.
