The flaps won't rotate, what should I do?

If your Counter’s flaps don’t rotate anymore, here’s what you should do:

1- Unplug the Counter, wait for a few seconds and plug it back in. The flaps should start rotating after a minute, if they don’t go to step 2.

2- Unplug it again, and turn the plug over at a 180° angle before plugging it back in the wall socket. This way we can test whether the connection between the 2 pieces works smoothly or not. The flaps should start rotating after a minute, if they don’t go to step 3.

3- This time plug your Counter into another wall socket. If the flaps don’t start rotating after a minute, please go to step 4.

4- Unplug the power cord from the Counter (and not from the wall socket), and plug it back in - sometimes it’s just come a bit loose.
