During the installation process, I had an error code 902, what does it means?

Oops! You just saw the error code 902 come up right in the middle of your Counter installation. 

This error message can appear for several reasons, under several circumstances:

1. You are trying to connect your Counter via Wi-Fi, but your computer and/or your Counter are plugged in to an Ethernet cable.
Please note that in order to connect your Counter to a Wi-Fi network, you have to use a device (computer, tablet or smartphone) which is also connected in Wi-fi, and to unplug the Ethernet cable from the Counter. 

2. The Internet networks around the Counter are all set up to broadcast 5GHz.
You have to know the Counter detects and can only be connected to 2.4GHz networks.

3. Your device disconnects from the SmiirlSetup network automatically.
In this case, we advise you to try to do the setup from another device (smartphone, tablet..).
